Last night I was fascinated with the Umm Qasar battle on the news. They said it was secured but then they had a pocket of resistance, with maybe 100 to 120 Iraqis. The US just waited and waited before they would call in air support. I ask WHY??? I mean FUCK!! USA has the power to just get it over with, but it seems they want to save the enemies lives, again WHY?? Why didnt they bomb the shit out of the resistance. If those Iraqis want to resist, KILL'um!! The Iraqi soldiers know what the risks are. If they want to fight, KILL'um ALL!!!

Is this because USA is worried how they are viewed by the world? Probrably, but heres the thing an individuals, countries, etc. will see things the they want. Im sure you've already concluded if you're anti-war, pro-war or "who gives a shit". If I was anti-war Id probrably view the Umm Qasar battle as a major delay and that the US is not capable. A pro-war view probrably would see it as being very cautious because they dont want to kill civillians and want cto make sure its only soldiers.

Now if USA bombed the shit out the resistance Im sure anti-war would see it as being "Barbaric". Pro-war will see it as just getting done what needs to be done. You see all this also plays into Propaganda. As we see its being used by both sides to there advantage.

Just had to vent a little!!
